We believe in collaborating with our clients to offer you the services you seek for your event. We offer a variety of different services such as face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, henna, prenatal belly painting, clowning, unicycling, and juggling. Typical events we work include: Birthday parties, reunions, wedding receptions, sporting events, company picnics, fairs and festivals, grand openings, special store sales, and community events. We are an insured company, carrying a 5 million dollar insurance policy through specialty insurance. Not sure if Piles of Smiles will fit your event? If there is weather advisory issued for the course of travel for the hired artist it will be up to the artist’s discretion weather to attend the event, delay travel, or to cancel the event.
Payment- We do not require deposits. Your booking is confirmed with a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, your event is not booked. Please contact us. Events that are canceled with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a fee depending on if we can find a booking to take its place.
Payment is expected at the completion of your event before we are packed up. If you are unable to pay at that time and have not made prior arrangements with us, you will be billed $25 for every week we have to wait for the payment.
Piles of Smiles Entertainment accepts cash and checks at this time. Checks should be made out to Kelly Smith. Returned Checks will incur a $35 return check fee.
Expect a phone call one week from your event to confirm details. If you do not receive this call PLEASE CALL US.
We will be happy to work with you to help find a sponsor to cover part of our fee. Certain events we are willing to trade partial payment for services your business may offer.
